Make the community guidelines more visible

Your yummiest scratcher here,

I know that if you scroll down on any scratch page, there is a button that looks like this:

(look under “Community”)
But not everyone scrolls down that far. Especially new scratchers. Even though someone might get told they should look at the CG's, a lot of people would might not see the post. So an idea would be to add it on to the main bar you see up there ^^ (If you need, I went through stress to get that image.):

(also you may want to zoom on that image.)
(Like, even I forgot the thing was down there when I looked for a link LOL.)

This would absolutely destroy the search box… If you're not using a really wide screen, it would be nearly impossible to search, so I think it would be better if this button was placed on a few pages, and not in the header. For example, it could be in the about page, or somewhere on the front page.

I disagree. Even on my 12 (13?) inch computer screen, there are about 1 and a half inches of empty space to the right of my username, and another 1.5 inches to the right of the scratch logo.

many tablets nowadays are very large, and scratch cant even fit on phones currently

No support, scratch has 4 buttons on the top because The discuss button was removed due to it being the least used, and It would be harder for certain languages and might even make it impossible to search projects on iphones

My 1366*768 laptop screen has a large gap (5.4cm or 2.15in) on each end of the banner, so it would be simple to fill this gap. And this should only be for New Scratchers as Scratchers should already know them.

on a tablet, there is no room for another button. I am still making a mockup of where it could be instead.

also, for regular scratchers, it would be nice to have an easy reminder on where the guidelines are, in case they forgot. (School takes up half of my memory, coding is the other half LOL)

True. This would destroy the headerbar, and adding another link is rejected, as the search bar would get too small (from the discuss button one)
