No, I mean like commenting on followers profiles saying something. I saw other people do it.

They just say its an automated message, but it isn't exactly. It just means that they are pasting the same thing on others profile without typing it out individually to everyone.

I would be careful about mass comments such as those, as it can be considered spam, which is against the Community Guidelines.

This actually isn't resolved.

I would suggest creating a project with your announcement, loving and favoriting it so it gets onto the “What's Happening” section of the homepage, and (hopefully) some of your followers will see it.

This is the only way I guess. I wouldn't expect another way to make a message.

Using bots for social actions (commenting, liking projects etc…) are not allowed on Scratch.

Because it wasn't resolved.

All those people that do that manually, there's no auto way.

they should make a way *sighs*

make a project with the message as the name, then share it and immediately unshare it this way your followers will get the message but won't be able to view the project
