Scratch has featured projects + studios. Users can click their profile if they click the project or studio.
So I don't think that's necessary
don't come at me ;-;

I support, this would be a big morale boost
I understand spammers could be mad or jealous at the featured person, but, the same risk comes with projects and studios.
Also, this could encourage scratchers to do more effort in their projects for the community to enjoy

I have 700 followers, which are all inactive. Based on your concept, I wouldn't be able to be on the list. Maybe it should be based on activity (Weekly/Monthly views?)

That could possibly dissolve into a cycle of Scratchers gaining fame, becoming irrelevant, being featured, and over again. However, having inactive followers is a serious flaw in the concept.

I support. but I think the limit should be higher. Why? Many people have inactive followers if they have been here for a while. This would be nice to promote Scratchers not just for their project.

Good ideas. Either way 10 and 50 are way too low for follower limits. I'd go for maybe 50 and 100…?
I don’t like the follower limit idea. Or at least make it something like 500-1000. Why? Because If you have around that much followers, you are in top 5000 in most followed on Scratch, And that’s a lot xD. I’m in top 1500 and I don’t think 100 is a good limit. Many scratchers have above 50 and 100.
Also I know this is completely off topic but Lunime PFP gang rise.

This has been rejected by the Scratch Team:
Thanks - we've thought about that in the past and decided to keep Scratch focused on projects, not Scratchers. We feel that the featured projects and studios bring enough attention to Scratchers and highlight what we want to see Scratch used for - creating cool things(source)
