First Look 7/10
Your title has useful information about the shop with the motto, symbols and the fact it's open all on holidays. Perhaps a teeny bit of fancy text might jazz it up a bit but otherwise very good!

Your first page has a directory, shop title and a few mottos and forms. However, your banner is at the bottom of the post which I find a little unusual; your directory is not centred but going off the page and you have loads of white space between forms which makes the post larger. I think don't use space space space to centre things as it won't be accurate on different devices and use the ‘center’ brackets instead and reduce the whitespace.

BBCode Formatting 8/10
The BBCode is great in places! Different colour descriptions for your partners, easy-to-use URLs in the directory and quotes that neaten things up. But in some places it's not the most uniform (see 'Our Awesome Partners - each word was differently formatted) and could be improved!

Product Quality 10/10
Loved it! It will be used at my Federation :)

I was notified on my profile with a link to the banner but I was shocked to see no ‘taken’ message on teh forum! The worker also hadn't posted a ‘complete’ on the forum either which means if there was a UOC or other staff they'd have no idea the order had been taken or completed. So in the future definitely say taken and complete on the forum and their profile

Accessibility 9/10
There is currently no resources/copy and paste page… although I saw a post by someone else that looked like one but wasn't linked to teh directory…? Anyway, you do have a portfolio and history though which is great. Maybe double check the copy/paste…?

Overall 82/100

Your shop has amazing quality orders but is unfortunately let down by some of your presentation. I understand that orders should be top priority but don't forget teh other things! A few things to improve and make your shop even better would be:

• Improving the centering of the directory
  
• Reducing the large amount of whitespace
  
• Tighten up on the uniformity of your BBCode (Since you're part of the White Tiger Federation, we can help! Just reply to the post talking about the benefits to you joining us asking to have help with BBCode and we will neaten it right up while maintaining your nice formatting!)
  
• Remembering to say ‘taken’ and ‘complete’ on the forum to eliminate confusion with future UOCs and other staff
  
• Looking into the mysterious copy-paste/resources…
