Who's behind all this?
all the ones with no logo are probally spam accounts, so the person with a logo is probally to blame.

Hmm, the memories of this association. I may sound weird when I say this, but I remember the beginnings of Scratch CIA.
If this topic does become inactive, and _Comicfan_'s request does get fulfilled, it would be sad.
Anyways, he's doing the right thing.
Perhaps I could create a new Scratch CIA? One that is more active?
