Radioactive Rewards is an organization whos purpose is to reward shops for their acheivements and to hopefully make your shop experience more memorable!

Rewards Information

How do I get Rewards?

Once you have joined as one of our shops, you will receive an initial review of your shop where our staff will decide what rewards you can claim. Once our staff has done this, you should receive a message on your shop that will officially grant your rewards

If you are already a part of Radioactive Rewards, you can fill out the Test My Shop Form once a week to have your shop tested for possible new rewards!

Where do I put my Rewards?

When you join Radioactive Rewards we ask that you create a page like “Achievements” or “Rewards” to display the rewards we give you

What do the Rewards look like?

All the Rewards are either unique banners or official statements

The Rewards We Offer

“One Time Thing” Rewards

These are rewards you can receive ONCE

- You joined Radioactive Rewards
- Joined Radioactive Rewards within the first week of your shops creation
- Hired your first staff member
- You got your first Partner
- You joined a Federation
- You created a BoD

“Increasing Rewards”

These are rewards that you can receive multiple of, but all relate to the same thing

- # of Pages
- # of Months Open
- # of Orders Completed
- # of Views

Special Rewards

These are rewards that we only grant during certain times

- Monthly 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Leaderboard places
- Open on Halloween

Shop Rules

1. Only ask for a review once a week, maximum
2. Don't expect your shop to receive rewards right away! our staff needs time to review your shop
3. If you think that we didn't give you a reward that you deserve, don't shout at us, just let us know politely
4. When you join us, please add our shop onto your Partners/Federations Page
5. Be kind and respectful
6. Add any of these words into your application form, but make it subtle (goo, green, toxic)

Staff Rules

1. Make sure you do thurough reviews of shops
2. Follow the Staff Guidelines correctly
3. If you are being direspectful, have not replied to an activity check, or have not followed the guidelines, you will be given a warning. If you get 3 warnings you will be fired
4. Be kind and respectful
5. Hide the word “medal” in your application form

Information

How to Review a shop

1. Tell the shop that their order is in review by replying to their form (follow the guidelines)
2. Go to the “Requests” page in the “Discussion Forums” and find the shop you are reviewing
3. Note down their views
4. Enter the shop and check how old it is, how many pages they have, and how many orders they have completed
5. Then, if they are a new shop, check if they have gotten a partner, if they have hired their first staff member, and if they have joined a federation
6. Look at their last activity check and see if all their staff is active
7. Finally, write what you have found out and what rewards you think they deserve on this forum
8. Get the okay from a Head Staff member
9. Tell the shop what rewards they are officially receiving on their forum (follow the guidelines)
10. Change the status of their review form

What to Say

When you are going to accept a review request from a shop, make sure that they havent asked in the past week, and then follow these guidelines:
1. Reply to their form with "Your shop is being reviewed" or something similar
2. Then once you have reviewed the shop, and been given the all clear, go to their shop and grant their rewards. You can write something like this:

“Congrats! you have received this reward from ☢ Radioactive Rewards ☢
(reward)
(reward code)
Thank you for choosing us for your acheivements! Fill out a review form next week for a chance at more rewards!”

3. Change the reply to their from from "Your shop is being reviewed“ to ”Your shop has been reviewed find your rewards (here)"
