If you are a shop who is joining the federation, the codeword is the shop name BUT with the letters mixed up, and every word should have the same amount of letters as it did before. Example: The Box Shop -> Spx Hto Eohb
If you are staff, that does not make you exempt from any of the rules.
If you are a federation who wants to partner, the codeword is the name of a shop that joined your federation, with numbers in random places. Example: The Box Shop -> T4he Bo5x Sh0op
If you are accepted but your shop is not on the list yet, please be patient.
If you are filling out a worker form, the codeword is your favorite food with the letters of your favorite color inserted into it. Example: Favorite food Macaroni and Cheese and favorite color orange -> Moacarornai andn Chgeeseee

If you need an order completed by someone not in the shop, we can redirect it to other shops in the federation. Just post it in the forum topic and we will ask our other shops if they can complete it.
We will be doing periodic activity checks; just post in our thread saying something like “We're active” when the time comes.
If you would like, we can do periodic reviews of your shop with a more detailed format than regular reviews, rated on 10 categories such as First Look, Originality, and Customer Service. Just respond to this post saying if you want them or not.
Here is info about the BBCode and banner perks (we sometimes refer to our BBCode as a “layout”): The banner is simple enough, you describe what you want and we'll make the banner, just like a regular shop. BBCode is basically us helping you set up the first few posts of your shop, like Forms, Staff, Partnerships, et cetera. Please reply saying if you want either!
