Let's take a moment to look at the pros and cons:

Pros:
-Uranus is a planet in our solar system, thus it will be mentioned often

Cons:
-Uranus can be used as an easy way to say a bad word

Well, if people use it to bypass, you can report them, can you not?

Well yeah, but it's so easy and obvious to use

Is that really a bad word, though? Sure, it has an unfortunate meaning, but that doesn't really make it a bad word.

yeah.

“butt” is allowed.
Support, as its just a planet, and “anus” isn't super bad anyway

I think you will find that it is only filtered if it is just the word all by itself - or the word embedded in a string of characters by itself. It will let you say “Uranus is a lovely planet”. The filterbot is mostly looking for it in usernames and where it might be used as an insult. It should be fine in casual conversation.
