No, I don't think FNF should be banned. It does have some inappropriate content but the entire game isn't like that. Just don't talk about the inappropriate stuff, but I think that's just common sense. If franchises were to be banned on Scratch for having some inappropriate stuff, I wouldn't be able to mention some of the stuff I like, lol.

EDIT: Noticed OP added NSFW fanart as a point, that's not the fault of the game whatsoever, fanart like that is out of the developer's control. There are so many kids franchises with fanart of that nature but do they deserve to be banned on Scratch for it? No.
