5.28 billion people have smartphones - many people have one, two or even three phone numbers. So you would need to check through a database of billions of these to just post a comment with numbers.

Maybe don't censor 1000000000, 1234567890, 0123456789, 0000000001, all numbers only containing 0 and 1, and repeated numbers.
