Oh yeah, that one. We also can't forget the fact that Mrs. Puff's dad was supposedly planned to appear in the episode Doing Time (I think) and was even mentioned in the credits.

there was a gameboy advance tech demo where it was a GBA version of Yoshi's Story for the N64, but it was only a tech demo and not a prototype or unreleased game or anything like that.

I remember some Petscop shirtposts from 2020 that I used to think where really funny, I found one of the channels (NotInTable) but the other one I can't seem to find any of the videos, and I can't remember the name of said channel, the uploads were called things like “Petscop 50” or “Petscop 69”, I remember Petscop 50 (I think it was this one) had Marvin jumping on Care's head and peeing in a bucket (It was a refrence to the funi mario video), does anyone here remember this or have any info on this? This could have also been late 2019, I also remember finding a reupload of one of them a while back and posting it on the Sonic topic (could have been a diffrent topic) and if it's the older sonic topic, have fun searching 200+ pages with me to find that reupload so we can find this easier.

I'm not exactly sure if this can really go here but, SRB2 (Sonic Robo Blast 2) was originally going to be a 2D game, like the original, but when they switched to 3D they reused one of the 2D builds to make SRB1 Christmas, which explains why it even exists, I'd guess they didn't want their work to go to waste, but that's just what I think. i wonder what the unChristmas'd version of 2D SRB2 was like?

A prototype of megaman 4 featured a Sphinx-like mini boss for pharaoh man's stage, but was cut for an unknown reason(perhaps to save on storage space)

A Megaman X3 prototype originally had a concept where if the hit you took was powerful enough, X/Zero would collapse then get back up, but it was scrapped because its a stupid idea. Seriously, why? You would collapse all the time during later boss fights.
