No flash. Windows 10. Works on at least brave & chrome.

EDIT: Firefox too.
EDIT: Maybe EVERY chromium based browser

Reproduction steps

1. go to any project
2. go to “see inside”
3. turn the project preview to “small” (close to the fullscreen button)
4. go to the project page

and thats it.

Tried clearing the cache and disabling all browser extensions.

Can replicate. FYI, it also happens if there are moving sprites. But it fixes when you toggle full screen or go back and unshrink the player from the editor.
