There was a theory that I have in my AU about the Afton family.

Many people wonder about what happened to William's wife, Mrs. Afton. Did she leave? Was she killed?

Of course, she has to have existed for the Afton kids, Michael, Evan, and Elizabeth to be born, right?

Well, I have theorized that there was never a Mrs. Afton. William never had a wife.

But how is this possible? It is made clear in the book series that William Afton is a smart man, but also one who wants to learn the secrets of immortality. As seen in FNAF's history, William is knwon to have killed children to extract the Remnant from them, in order to obtain immortality. But…if the remnant could give himself immortality…would it be possible that remnant could create life as well? Yes.

Perhaps William Afton began experimenting with remnant longing than anyone though, before his first son was born. Although he is a child killer, which would imply that he wouldn't want kids of his own, he would likely take advantage of any scientific breakthrough, which in this case, was the creation life, being his three children.

And possibly, as extra motivation to create his children, he was planning on using them as experiments. They were practically science experiments at the beginning, so William wouldn't stop there.

During FNAF 4, there is a cutscene with Evan (Crying Child) and the Fredbear Plush. The plushie makes a certain statement that has perplexed fans for years. “I will put you back together.”

Now, could this be William trying to revive his dead child, and the loss of his youngest son is what led him to the Missing Children's incident. Actually…no.

Matpat created a video on the mechanics of the springlock suits, more specifically, Fredbear, commonly known as Golden Freddy. Many fans have though that the Bite of ‘83 was just a springlock malfunction, but this is proven to not be true. It was proven IMPOSSIBLE for the bite to be on accident. The only way this could have occurred is if someone tampered with Fredbear’s springlocks. But who?

Well, there are only two answers, William Afton, or Henry Emily. These men are the only two who know about how the springlock suits function (Along with the Phone Guy, but his presence in FNAF 4 is never confirmed). Considering every terrible thing William did to his own children and other children, he was most likely the one who messed with Fredbear, and planned out the Bite of '83. And with this, William would have been able to use Evan as an experiment to see just how powerful remnant truly is.

why?
because his head was in the mouth and not inside the suit. the locks keep the animatronic parts away from the person inside
but it was in animatronic mode during the bite.
Meaning that the suits lock weren't active so fredbear could have just closed his mouth since there was nothing telling him to keep it open.
just ask me if you want more explanations.

Then true ending to fnaf pizza simulators tapeman (who may be Henry) calls scraptrap old friend, also scraptrap is called Afton in The UCN.

i dont jump into the matpat nutcase boat as often as i used to, but this one actually holds merit imo.

chica is the only avian of the group, the other three are mammals. foxy has had other past (possible) appearances, such as funtime foxy- i could say the same for freddy and bonnie as they literally used to exist as fredbear and springbonnie

the theme's a bit funky too, chica's brightly colored like the other MM's. but chica, foxy, and bonnie are actually toned down quite a bit.
