When I logged into scratch and tried to answer a question in the QaS forum I got a prompt saying that I had been blocked for breaking the community guidelines too many times despite never getting any alerts. I decided to work on some projects. A few minutes later my project wasn't able to save and I was logged out for no apparent reason. I logged back into scratch and I found out the block on my account was removed.

I think this is the IP Ban glitch

They need to fix this.

VPN/public proxy issue. Don't use them with Scratch, as other users can cause them to get IP banned.

Occasionally, networks are banned from sharing projects. This happened to me once.

That happens when you use a hidden ip, incognito mode or a cellular network (on devices you can turn that on then go on a diff device and connect to the network. There will be a password shown and on that other device you can type it in)
