- Quality: 6.9/10
The original design of the intro felt a bit rushed and basic, and would have been a 5/10. However, bugsyk2009 was willing to give an improved version, and while it still wasn't too detailed, it was great they were willing to make it better. The outro was basic - like I asked, no points off for that, but the music was edited, which I did not ask for, and upon asking for it to be the same as the original, it still did not match what I asked for, so some points have been lost.
- Timeliness: 9.5/10
Quick to respond, wasn't same day completion but whole process to 36 hours and that's great for a small, recently opened shop. Efficiency is a very big plus for any shop.
- Friendliness: 9.5/10
Very chill person who responded to my criticism of their original job and improved it. No catches, no asking for follows, just business. Will be giving a follow for that.
- Overall: 25.9/30
- Will I shop here again: probably, although my main focus is the USS and keeping it going. If I ever want something they offer, I can come back knowing that someone will get it done quick and will be willing to fix any problems I have with their original work if that is needed.
- Would I recommend: to anyone looking for several project assets or other needs, I can recommend this shop. The average Scratcher will find good service and fast response with completed work.
