First Look (9.5/10)

At first glance, the first thing the customer will see is your banner. It's quite good really! I do feel like it's quite empty though. Try adding some clipart or pictures to it! You have a directory, and it works really well! All the links are not broken and send you to the post you want to go to. Besides that, I like how you listed out all your services so the customers know what to order and what not to order. Additionally, I also like your motto “We will take your orders across the galaxy” as it matches well with the shop's name. The Shop Hours and Holiday sections are definitely unique, I've never seen a shop implement that before! I'll give you bonus marks for that! I also love that you put a Reviews section on the front page because then it would be the first thing new customers see - a whole section of positive reviews! i don't think you should put this one though… You should also maybe change the title font to a more attractive one so it stands out in the Requests forum and doesn't get overlooked. I see you have emojis too, which is great as it also helps the shop stand out! Anyways, you have a great front page that is organized and is great for a customer's first impression of the shop.

Originality (9/10)

You have some original things in your shop like the Shop Hours and Holidays mentioned earlier. I also like how you call your workers “Astronauts”. It definitely matches with the shop's theme for sure! My only critique here is that GalaxyCoins seems kind of inspired by T$, but you still added some of your own ideas to it, like getting a promotion, though I do think you should put someone in charge of them, like a CFO (Chief Financial Officer) since it can be quite stressful when the shop is huge and you will have to still manage the G$ along with other things.

Product Quality (7.5/10)

The product was great, however, there are a few flaws I need to point out. #1 is that you made the backdrop a sky with a rainbow, although the username of the customer was = lightning. That doesn't really quite match. Try asking what background the customer would like next time! It does also share a flaw with your current shop banner - emptiness. Try adding some pictures or clipart next time, but not too much then it would be cluttered. Although, you gave a code with the banner, which is great for those new to the forums. So I'll give you a few extra marks for that.

Speed (10/10)

My order was taken some minutes after which is quite fast for a one-worker shop. Normally, a 10/10 would go to shops which finish their products with almost instant speed. But, this shop also gets a full 10 marks. The worker who took my order implied it would be done at about 12-1 PM PST because they had school, and they did it exactly at that time. Congratulations, you also get full marks for this one!

Customer Service (10/10)

Another 10 out of 10! The worker notified me on my profile which is necessary as I stated in my order form “why?????” in the Are you following the thread section. Well done!

Accessibility (10/10)

You have a directory, with links that all work and are not broken. You provided the BBCode for your main banner, bump banner, and announcement banner on its own page. Splendid!

You're doing really good so far, and you also have 6 partners and are slowly getting more. Great! This lets you, as a new shop to get some advertising on other shops as well as exchanging benefits. I see that GalaxyCoins are also given to partnering shops. That's brilliant as it will help your partnering shops in return for what they do for you!
