Sprites to Signatures/Profile Pictures?

Does anyone know how to make a sprite in one of your projects into a signature or a profile picture?

For signature,capture it from Scratch,then upload it to an picture browsing website,set it in your signature and its done.
For profile pic,capture it from scratch,save it as an 90x90 ,180x180 or another number that can be divided by 90,so it can't be deformed. Last step,click on your current profile pic to change it,set your sprite and done.

for some reason it wont let me set my profile picture (the pic that i got from google images) any ideas why it wont work?

For signatures in forums there are only several websites which are allowed for images - tinypic, photobucket, etc. but imgur.com is a notable exception; it's not allowed.

For profile images it does not need to be in multiples of 90px. If you want it to maintain its quality (without being elongated etc.) it must be in a 1:1 aspect ratio to fit the square.

Sometimes it just won't let you post profile pics from certain computers, to change mine I have to login to someone elses computer and do it!

The browser would affect the success of the upload, so switching computers is somewhat unnecessary.

Ok,I have got a great idea for profile pictures.
There is a website called http://www.makeagif.com
You can make gifs there without downloading.You can sign up if you want to.This website too has a community like scratch.But if you don't want to,you no need to.Just make a gif.My profile picture too is done in that website.Is it nice?

I made a logo on scratch. I saved the sprite to my filer and now i cant upload it to my profile picture. how do i do this
