I don't know if that counts, but in Undertale, if you are in debug mode and go to the developer room (unlocked if you dodge all the credits) and press Insert, you can see the Entry 17 unused room.

In Wubbzy's Amazing Adventure there's a green circle that you can click to skip the levels. Mostly used in speedruns (Yes, speedruns exist for that game)

Not sure if someone said this but if you hit V in Garry's Mod, you can go wherever you want. Even out of bounds!

I don't think this counts but in some shots of Ready Player One, you can see Sonic the Hedgehog

I actually found one by myself yesterday!

While in Hazy Maze Cave in Super Mario 64, if you keep hitting the two moles in the toxic fog area, you'll eventually get a 1UP! At least, that's what happened to me.

It is most likely this was a bug, although considering how fleshed out and realistic Kaizen is, could it be the AI has learned emotions?

I think what happened is that someone coded in the ending and forgot to tell everyone else or the devs are joking around about the AI not doing what it's supposed too
