Hello i am indiakerala today when i opened my project i have seen some sprites in my project got affected with gray question mark

Details about my project
- assets depends sometimes assets will be 1876 or 1972 or 2050 or 2011
- blocks 18645
- sprite 203
- scripts 1977
- sometimes say ‘Opps something went wrong’ error code gets changed after every load
please say how do i fix this

My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 92.0.4515.159, No Flash version detected
So this bug happened to me and a friend in a remix-chain collab, overwriting a few costumes including the thumbnail.
It sorta reminds me of the minecraft corruption line glitch in that it tends to target important costumes.
good thing i can easily just retrieve the assets from a previous remix once i stop being lazy.

My theory is that somehow, when uploading a bitmap image (such as PNG, JPG/JPEG), it somehow turns it into vector graphics (SVG), and then sometimes back into bitmap. When doing this, it creates a gray question mark. You can test this for yourself by taking a bitmap image, and renaming the file extension from PNG/JPG/etc. to SVG. Try opening the image, and you will see a gray question mark. Doing this will corrupt the file, and it will not be recoverable.
