Do you have any safety nets for your chat room (eg. safe chat)? If not, I do not reckon you to making a chat room.

I Reckon Not As The If You Try To Would End up with a rude word in one of the scripts so if someone would remix then they would see the words and since Scratch Is Child-Friendly the Project would be Removed and Probably You Would be banned

If you want to you have to do a selective chat like in griffpatches 3D laser Tag as in if you type a it would look like
–Apple
–Ant
and you select one and it then says that

Im´making a chat using cloud data
Hello.
Unfortunatly chat on cloud data is not aloud. The moderators say this as they cannot monitor all the chats. Mabey in the future the chats will be aloud. It states in the FAQ sections
http://scratch.mit.edu/help/faq/
This is the link. Look under the section cloud data
These are the rules. Please do not brake this rule and continue with your project please.
Any questions on the issue then please let me know
Many Thanks

Can I make chat rooms with cloud data?
While it is technically possible to create chat rooms with cloud data, they are not currently allowed. We will reconsider this policy once we have a better sense of our capability for moderating and managing reports on cloud data.

Most of you are wrong.
You are allowed to make chats as long as they are safe chats which means there is a white-list of words.

Whitelisted words are words that you are allowed to say.
If your whitelist contains:
hello
goodbye
Then you could not say “hi”, since it's not on the whitelist.

You must use a whitelist.
Blocking cusses is not a good idea, because:

- Anyone that decides to “See Inside” will see the cuss words as part of the list
It can be circumvented with symbols. For example, if apple was blocked, someone could say @pple

Exactly. If computer was blocked, I could get around it by saying comp uter or c0mput3r or komputer… You must use a whitelist.

The people above are right. You aren't allowed to have a list of banned words for the above reasons. You'd have to make it use a list of allowed words, also known as a whitelist, but that brings many issues, primarily you having to write out thousands of allowed words, if you wanted the chat to be any good. This problem can be half solved by making it so people talk by selecting words and phrases from a menu, so they won't try to enter words not on the whitelist.
There is another issue. Let's say you write a list of allowed words. People can use perfectly good words and put them in a sentence to become mean. For example, what if somebody typed ‘you have the intelligence of paste’. None of those words are bad, but the sentence is.
Hope this gives you some insight on the potential problems. Unless you have a whitelist of phrases, it won't be allowed. A word whitelist isn't going to make it any more allowed.
