Hey-why does it say Windows protected your PC?

Hey-why does it say Windows protected your PC?
A lot of programs bring up Windows safety dialogues, if you downloaded it from the official rust website it is probably safe. Rust is pretty advanced, though. If you're new to programming, I'd recommend starting with a simpler language like JavaScript or Python.
