Well some scratchers are younger. Besides, you need to be 13 to create a discord and the rating of the mobile app is 17 or older (if i'm speaking correctly) so I doubt 12-year-olds could use discord

Some people might bypass both the Discord and the Slack age requirements, but in general they are unmoderated chat platforms, we are not worrying about age, just about removing an unmoderated chat platform from scratch.

They could use Slack as a workaround though, keep in mind.
Some of the 12 year old Scratchers are not actually 12, they might've wanted to keep their age as a secret.

That's join date, but either way, support. Scratch's end user is 8-12 year olds(approximately, i don't remember exactly), and considering, that discord is 13 and up, we don't need similar things popping up.

You can’t prove that those people are actually 12. If they fake their age, nobody is going to know because this is Scratch. While it is less likely to happen on Scratch, that doesn’t mean there aren’t age fakers.
Fun fact, when I was 7, or 8 maybe, I used to say I was 11 (on Scratch.) Now I actually am 11, haha, and in a month I’ll be even older than that.
