What if you want to use a project whilst offline? No, they should not remove the buttonWhy should they not remove the button? It serves no purpose if it is someone else's project.

There are legitimate reasons to want to download a project someone else owns. For example, someone may want to download the project to be able to run it offline. Or maybe they prefer working in the offline editor, want to make a project that is only slightly based on the downloaded one, and plan to give credit through the Notes and Credits box.
I think a better solution is to save the original owner in the downloaded project, but that has some issues too. For example, there are legitimate reasons to want to remove the remix box (eg. you originally made the project on an alt).
Maybe it should give the remix notification, but not show the remix box? That way, it makes it easier to go about the correct way of handing a project which doesn't give credit: reporting it and moving on. It's possible this could cause drama, however, so I'm not sure about it.

No support. Sometimes you want to remix someone’s project and not have the “thanks” banner, but want to credit separately. Report any of these project you see.
