Okay, so there is this person (i won't specify their username), and they are threatening people that they will take action against them. In all my experience on Scratch, I have never seen a person do this (kaj might've).
They remix everyone's projects and change nothing. Then, they take all the credit to themselves. They stole my art too, and I got banned for being rude and accusing them (no complaints there, i was super rude)
Now, someone from their class accused them of copying projects, which is true, they use codes from other projects and don't give credits, so they deleted the comments, went to the accuser's profile and warned them so arrogantly “Hi it seems to be like you are interrupting on my profle.. If you do it again I ll take action against you.. No offence please don't do it again”
These were the exact words. How can we take action against a single person ourselves? I got banned because of them once, and they did give me a warning that I was gonna be banned.
Also, they said this “I think @xxxxxxxxxxxx made things clear.. Better not make any fuss”
Isn't it against the community to remix a project, change nothing and take credit for it? Also, they did that to me too. They remixed my project, changed the title to “-game name- MOBILE FRIENDLY”, but mine was already mobile friendly. They didn't change a thing but took credit for making it mobile friendly. They act like an admin, and threaten everyone. Isn't it against the rules? Can we actually make the Scratch Team ban someone? I don't even know which forum this goes in, so if this is in the wrong forum, just report it to be moved, or please tell me.

You can report them if they are being rude and disrespectful, breaking the community guidelines, or you can use Contact Us

Report them or contact us, trying to handle it yourself only makes things worse.

The scratch team will sort everything out, please just wait until they do so before trying to take action, and yes the only proper actions can only be used by moderators.

as others have said, please use the “report” button on any disrespectful comments you see, on any comments which state that one user will report another, on any projects which use someone else's content without credit, and on any projects which are exact copies of another project.
