Yep, apparently you can. I probably would've made that entire post from my 3DS if I could but whenever I try signing into Scratch on my 3DS it just gives me an error message. That's why I was so surprised when cubeupload worked, because almost nothing else does
Now I kinda want to see if it works with the Wii U (although I have no idea if it would even have any pictures to upload from there).

I HAD NO IDEA I COULD DO THIS

I wasn't actually able to upload any pictures directly to cubeupload from my Wii U (I could sign in and choose an image but it didn't do anything afterwards) so I just emailed them to myself instead, but I didn't know it would let me choose a picture of what was currently on the screen (it's very similar to what Miiverse did actually, you just start up a game, go into the internet browser while it's running, and select either the TV or Gamepad screen)! I thought it would just let me select pictures from the SD Card or something, but this is way more useful

Okay, I started a Pokemon Pearl run, and I will play 2 hours a day.
The first day went like this:

So, I picked Turtwig as starter, and it turned out it was Naughty nature. After that, I fainted Starly but it was a pain since Starly was using Growl every turn. When I was free, I quickly started to battle trainers, and after talking to Lucas and getting pokeballs, I encountered Shinx, so I caught it. It was Naughty nature too.
Then I found another Pokemon, Kricketot. I caught it, too but decided to not use it. I left it to be rotten in SOMEONE's PC and continued ahead.
My “friend” found me shortly after, and we battled. And oh god, the “Leer” spam almost killed me. The “Tackle” move missed a lot and the Chimcar dealt 10+ damage every time it used Scratch. Hopefully enough, my potions saved me and I took it down.
Then, I leveled up my Turtwig for the GYM and in the end, it's level 12 now. Shinx is also level 8, and I will probably level it up along with some other Pokemons I will catch.
