It's not just vandalism either. Since Wikipedia has a “not censored” policy, there could be images which are inappropriate for Scratch but follow Wikipedia guidelines.

Support, but wouldn't it be much simpler if they just made you use the scratch servers to host images, also preventing someone from accidentally posting something bad like this:

A scratcher uploads an image to a host.
They use the image tag to link it
A few days later, the host changes the image to something else. This will then get loaded into the post, and it will look like the scratcher did it on purpose.

That's exactly ImageShack, not Cubeupload (which is very good no ads too).

I agree. There is some questionable content in the articles. While it follows Wikipedia's guidelines, it doesn't necessarily stick with Scratch's rules that are meant for a younger audience. As others have already said, even images that are fine for Scratch can still change at anytime because of vandalism.
