I mean an offline app so you can use Scratch without having to use the internet. Android already has one, and I previously mentioned they can get past all App Store requirements.

Here's an idea. A PWA version of Scratch, which runs a webpage but as if it were an app. And then the editor could be cached for offline use.

here is what a PWA looks like. it says “offline access is not supported”, but the fact that the page can be displayed shows that PWAs can be cached for offline use. notice that it looks like a normal app
