Rules and rights for the customer

- I will be patient
- I will complete the form and make it as clear as possible

- If I do not get my order after a week (excluding the package) I can ask again

Rules and rights for the employee

- I will do my best on my work
- I will be polite
- I will be treated with respect
- If someone is not happy with their order, I will edit it so they are happy with it
- If I do not respond to an activity check, I understand I will get a strike, and if I get 3 strikes, I understand that I will be fired
