MIITOPIA SPOILERS AHEAD!

In Miitopia if you save and quit while in the final area of the game, the Otherworld, some very unsettling music will accompany the title screen. It sounds like creepy ambience noises and high-pitched sounds that sound like reversed Mii laughter.

And then you discover that the person's mind the level took place in watched an orphanage she worked at burn to the ground, and no children escaped. You can also find a secret room with ghost children telling her that it was her fault they died. There's also scrapped audio in the files of her reaction to the orphanage burning down.
