If you create more accounts after getting banned and get banned on them, you can get IP banned The are actually many reasons for being banned.

I mean I don't expect the OP to do this, but if you did something heinous (really bad) on the site, the ST might just ban you immediately.

But apart from that, yeah, if you break the Community Guidelines, you'll face repercussions. Some of those are different types of bans.

If you make a mistake, you'll get an alert in your messages. If you get enough of these, you'll get a ban.

It seems you got the answer (many times.) So I'll just say this:
There are three types of banns. Temporary Bans, IP Bans, and Full Bans. Temporary Bans ban you for a week. IP bans ban your IP address. This usually happens if you're ban evading. Full Bans ban that account from scratch forever.
All of these would be avoided if you follow the Community Guidlines.
