1.1‐ We will not do any orders that break the Community Guidelines in any way.
1.2- We will not complete orders that are impossible for us to do (e.g. high-tech cloud systems)
1.3.1- The deadline for your order must be at least five days in the future to give us time to complete it.
1.3.2- If you put ASAP as your deadline, please keep in mind that it will be a lower priority than orders with a date deadline.
1.4- Please be patient with us, and only bump up your order if it has been a few hours and it looks like nobody has seen it yet. We are not robots. Some of us need a full night's rest.
1.5- If your order has not been completed on time, please take it up with the person who took your order rather than blaming the whole shop.
1.6- If possible, please remember to fill out the Customer Satisfaction Survey. It would greatly help us if we know how we could improve!
1.7- You must give credit to both the shop and the worker when the project containing the code/art that was made via the shop.
1.8- If your order isn't qualified (e.g. you used the wrong order form or the deadline is too short), we will notify you on your profile, in which case you will have two weeks to update the form or it will be removed from the Orders Center.
1.9- You must include the word “flight” in your application in order for the order to be qualified; this proves that you read this section of the Terms of Service.



2.1- You must be kind to the customers, even if they aren't kind to you. This shows that we are a good shop, and people would rather go to a good shop than one that is mean to their customers.
2.2- You must be following the topic if you want to work here.
2.3- Orders with a specific due date are a higher priority than ones marked as ASAP. Take and complete ones with the specific due date first.
2.4.1- Activity checks will be conducted on a regular basis, and will last for the period of one week. You must respond to all activity checks.
2.4.2- Official votes double as activity checks. You must respond to all votes (and no, you can't vote “none”).
2.4.3- You don't have to respond to the activity check or vote if you are on leave, you just joined the shop, or were the Employee of the Month last month.
2.4.4.1- If you don't respond to an activity check or vote, and Term 2.4.3 doesn't apply to you, you will be given a strike.
2.4.4.2- If you are given three strikes, you will be fired from the shop. However, you can reapply if you prove that you are willing to put in the time and effort.
2.5.1- Every order you complete within a month gets you a point. The person with the most points at the end of the month gets Employee of the Month. All points will then reset to zero.
2.5.2- As Employee of the Month, you can choose to either get a strike removed or be exempt from all activity checks and votes until the next Employee of the Month is named.
2.6- Spamming will get you a warning. This includes blockspam and “Page ___ no edit!”
2.7- Breaking a Term of Service will get you a warning (but breaking it knowingly will get you two).
2.8- If you have four warnings, even if you don't have three strikes, you will get fired but will be unable to reapply.
2.9.1- When you are on leave, you will be exempt from all activity checks and votes.
2.9.2- Leave must be longer than a week but shorter than two months.
2.9.3- Leaves must be at least two months apart.
2.9.4- If you post at any time during your leave, it will be assumed you want it to end early and so it will end early.
2.9.5- Only BoD members can approve leaves.
2.10.1- You must make sure an order has the proper codeword before taking it (this codeword is found in Section 1 of the Terms).
2.10.2- Forgetting to check for the codeword once or twice will not get you a warning but repeatedly forgetting to check will.
2.11- It is strongly recommended that you check the Orders Center at least once a day to see if there are any unclaimed orders you can complete.
2.12- To apply as a worker, you must either have at least 20 shared projects and have been on Scratch for at least a year (this includes any previous accounts) or have shop experience.
2.13- You are encouraged to complete orders for partners but are not required to.
2.14.1- Department heads are highly encouraged to take and complete orders if they are overdue.
2.14.2- Department heads are highly encouraged to take over orders other workers have taken if it has been a while since they were taken.
2.14.3- A warning will be given to a worker if a department head is forced to take over one of the orders they have claimed.
2.15- You must include the word “feathers” in your application for it to be accepted.



3.1- Unless stated otherwise, all of Section 2 applies to BoD members as well as normal workers.
3.2- BoD members get five strikes and six warnings before getting fired, instead of three.
3.3.1‐ All BoD members can hire regular workers, but only the President and Vice President can hire BoD members.
3.3.2- You must make sure all worker applications have the proper codeword before accepting them.
3.4- BoD members must have at least four months of shop experience, preferably as part of that shop's BoD.
3.5- Only the President, Vice President, and Ambassador can accept Partnerships and Federation requests.
3.6- BoD members cannot also be department heads.
3.7- You must include the word “screech” as well as the codeword in Section 2 in your application in order for it to be accepted.
