I don't think you can do that as of now. The forums are still in 2.0 format.

Unless you use images, then no.
There is, however, lthis site ,
Which you can make, then use Scratchblocks, as so:

If you’re able to upload a screenshot, why not click “export svg” then upload that to cubeupload?

Also, scratchblocks.github.io works better and has no bugs (for whitespace in the blocks like s3blocks has)

You need knowledge of network and HTTP(S) POST requests.
