Man, I am in LOVE with this game. (also note, if something different is going on currently and this is off-topic, I apologize, I'm not gonna scroll through years of posts to find the most recent one.)
osu is a really fun game, I am very familiar with rhythm games and I just love it.
I also love how there's like a weeb vibe to the game, there's a lot of anime in the game.

i map songs, heavily inspired by mappers like Mismagius, Krisom, Agent Spin Here, awp, mtmcl, et cetera
currently working on a map for Mad World by Tears for Fears so thats cool i guess

Osu noob here! Signed up the other day, only passed two maps, plays with mouse etc etc. I do want to properly get into it as I love rhythm games! I play osu stream as well and I’ll probably get osu laser when it comes out. I wanna get a tablet (artist too) and wanna get into mapping.

Few things. osu!stream has been discontinued, so while it is pretty fun, it's pretty much obsolete. Second thing, I'd love to see more people get into mapping! I've always loved mapping in osu!. It's a great hobby and it's so satisfying to complete something you've been working on. Glad to see more people dabbling in it. Go for it, man.

Fair enough. I've heard that Lazer is gonna take a while to develop though. Also, map whatever you want! There's like, tons of remaps on osu!. It's not a bad thing. If you're a beginner I definitely recommend mapping something short and simple. Can't wait to see what you come up with.

Centipede looks really cool! Such a shame that it requires like 600 different arms in order to play.

I've just gotten around to downloading Osu, and already I'm bombarded with osu!lazer which doesn't look very different to me.

Nevermind, osu!lazer doesn't allow you to change the skin so I installed normal osu instead
