It might've been removed because it was a bit too glitchy. It's not consistent enough for newer scratchers to understand.

I don't use 2.0 when it was here, but I used 2.0 offline editor. The magic wand tool works fine.

I used 2.0 when it was still around, and the magic wand tool was really weird

Support, I remember using this. It was “prefect” - but it was something. Many scratchers might take screenshots from the internet and they might have a background. A tool for removing it would be convenient.

I’d love this to be added back, I don’t get why it was removed in the first place. Maybe because there’s online tools where you can do the same thing? Though some people aren’t allowed to visit certain websites without their parent’s permission, or they might not know how to use image editing tools like FireAlpaca. I feel like things would be easier if the feature was built in to scratch itself again.

I may have the concept wrong, but I typically just use remove.bg.

I was going to make a sticker for dsc. i knew that scratch had a magic wand. but now i can't find it in 3.0.

btw, i'm using windows 11. Scratch 2.0 doesn't fit the theme for windows 11
