I agree. I sometimes love and even fav unpopular projects, and that could bring them to the front page.

You mean private messaging? That is BANNED and will always be. If people know the messaging is private they are more likely to send harmful messages.

No, they're very different. Comments are easier for the Scratch Team to be found, because they're on the project page. Chatrooms are harder to be moderated, since you would have to look at the project in order to see if there's something inappropriate.
