If we have these blocks:

change [variable v] by (1)
move (1) steps
change volume by (1)

then I don't see why next costume would be removed, these blocks are very beginner friendly, used a lot, and save us time from not having to use a + operator whenever want to increment something. And a new Scratcher might not realize that there are operator blocks right from the get-go, so the above blocks are easier to play with whenever we want.

no support. those blocks are mainly to avoid confusion and mainly for convenience. you see it in other programming languages too, although with slightly different things. an example would be python's += incrementor.

E1EVUI

No support. It will be confusing to New Scratchers.
