I see no reason why this is allowed. This is a guide, a directory, a calling, whatEVER you want to call it, it isn't allowed. Plus, there is already one of them stickied, and it DOESN'T matter that this one is older because Paddle2See approved that not this.

My point exactly, would like to add, it's not that a mod didn't see this, this has been bumped up so many times, Paddle chose to approve the other one for some reasons over this.
