You can play it on an emulator (legally, the game was never released outside Japan so assuming you don't live there it's legal to download an unofficial translation patch from the internet - it has a dedicated website - and patch it onto a ROM so you can play it) which I would highly advise you do. It's the only game I've played that can make you laugh and cry at the same time.
