Someone said they'd delete all studios made before 3.0, and I highly doubt that (especially because honestly I don't even trust that person) but I'm asking anyways because my anxiety hates me

It's false! The studios will be replaced but the contents will be moved

Considering they never deleted all the galleries when transferring to the Scratch 2 studios (which was a much bigger change than now.) I would way no.

let me clear some stuff up:

- there is no guarantee that studios are releasing today. the idea that it releases today is based on a message sent to translators, and can be interpreted as "it wont release before july 6th"

- if it does release today, it'll happen at any time.

- old studios will not be deleted. the new limits only affect new actions. (for example, old comments that pass the limit will probably stay, but you won't be able to reply more)

- apart from the new limits, there are no functionality changes that we know of.

- the update is a technical and design achievement. it should be now easier for them to implement new features when required.

- for most people, this is really only a visual change. dont expect much.

- don't bother the scratch team, it is completely okay for them to chose to release them later.

- don't be impatient
