I think he meant animate better because that's how most people get their bad quality animations when they first start out. I mean like all the variables and custom blocks and operators used in the making of the animating engine.

People who need help should create their own discussion and ask for help there, not refer to a thread with ‘tips’ that people randomly post as and when they like. As post #5 said, there are plenty of tutorials on youtube and scratch itself pertaining to the making of animations. We don't need another discussion here to act as a guide.
