Oh yes… I remember… best PC run… I had the Nesasio. Engi pilot. Elnubnub Got to flagship. Killed first two stages no problem. Third stage, my ship was reduced to one hitpoint by an energy surge… and I would have died if Elnubnub hadn't gotten the engines on in time… I won that one… I worshipped Elnubnubs for a few weeks after that…

Yeah the second choice on the second part means you take 6 Ion Damage to all systems and your reactor is downgraded by 3.

I had three burst laser 2 and an anti-bio beam. Kestrel A. I had it rigged up for boarding. Twin mantis into the missile system, kill crew, destroy system. Repeat, going for laser next. Then I went for the beam. Lol it was powerless and i just sat there with one burst laser laughing my face off as I shot the ion cannon, the crew fixed it, i lit it on fire, and just watched him die. I then got bored and blew the heck out of the flagship.

Second wave. Same protocol. Down to 33% health. Took out the flagship again.

Third wave. Same protocol. It missiles my shields, and then power surge… got rekt by that. xD I had no cloak… but hey, i had a volley in the air and i managed to take it with me :3

I also managed one time to get a lot of missiles and a pair of Pegasus launchers. I also got an Artemis and a basic Ion. Kestrel A. I got, as my augments, twin repair arms and a weapon pre-igniter… so I went at the Flagship with one shield barrier (yolo), max engines, max weapons, max oxy, and max medbay. I also had cloak that time… no teleport but I had hacking and mind control. Went at it, hacked the beam, missiled the ion with the artemis, and then got the remaining two with the Pegasus launchers. It was rekt at the start, managed to wipe it clean with zero damage. Did the same to the second wave. Third wave, they killed all but one of my crew, and as I blew them to shreds, my pilot died from fire… xD soo close…

One shield barrier? Wow, I'm surprised you even got to the flagship xD. Also, just out of curiosity, why do you use Kestrel A? I usually play Zoltan B or Lanius B (You play Advanced Edition right?).
