Front Page: 6/10
The first impression of the shop is that it looks disorganized. You could add a description of your shop & a banner at the beginning to make it look more welcoming! I suggest going to our shop and ordering a banner there. To make it look neat, you can do sections like this:

Jobs
(The jobs & staff would go here.)

What We Offer
(The products you offer would go here.)

Forms
(The staff, order, etc. forms would go here.)

The forms include everything that should be added to the forms! The staff form is great, and the order form is awesome. Afterward, you might want to add a partnership form.
