I am LOVING the fact that I can do scratch on my IPad, but there are quite a few issues I would like to report.

First things first, long projects (example: MAPS, animation compilations, and pretty much every project on here) glitch out and don’t allow you to watch them, and it comes up with either a message from scratch, or from Safari (IPad’s default search engine) saying ‘a problem repeatedly occurred on this webpage’.

Secondly, projects using ‘when __ key pressed’ don’t work. The IPad keyboard doesn’t come up, so you can’t press the button. It is very frustrating for me.

Also, if you have over 6 projects, and you are trying scroll down, you end up mixing up the costumes. This is really frustrating if you are trying to create an animation.

I know that 3.0 is fairly new, so these bugs probably haven’t been reported yet. Maybe the scratch team could trial it on apple IPads and other tablets to check this out and fix it up? Thanks!

You’re not the only one… I’m having the first problem too and it’s REALLY ANNOYING!!! I can’t watch few animations full because of Safari (keeps on crashing!). I hope the ST will see this!

Please tell me how to install scratch 3.0 offline version on my iPad. I’m using my iPad Pro 9.7 inch and iPadOS 14.4. I downloaded the .dmg file and opened it and it says scratch. Please help me.

.dmg files cannot be opened on an iPad. They are packages for Macs.
