bruh, those aren't Scratch emojis, they're extention emojis that got added 1 hour ago:
Remove the link please. Also try to comment “_pride_ _blm_” WITHOUT nono word, you will see the emojis. Also why would nono word emojis be on scratch.mit.edu?
Are they just on 3.0 style pages or are they available on 2.0 pages?
They're only on scratch-www pages (=3.0 style pages). So only projects for now, but they're updating studios soon
Yep, they only work on 3.0-style pages. I tested them out on one of my alternate account's projects: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/496763564/#comments-213432809

Yes - maybe add some sort of notice that it is only on scratch-www?

Signatures are the only place where assets links still work.

Could someone help me edit the “Shop Directories ” section on this page found here, as I am utterly clueless. The sentence that need to be edited is; “The current shop directory is the Shop Directory 12.0 (a.k.a. The Shopping Mall) managed by congyingzhou.” It should be revised to The current shop directory is the Shop Directory 13.0 (a.k.a. The Shopping Mall) managed by JackyBorderCollie." and the reference needs to be updated to the current topic which can be found here.

The new emojis and are for scratchr2 pages now too, so profile pages and studios have it too. So you can remove that note again
People are quick in the wiki!

Can you please remove the

Is everyone allowed to make a Scratch Wiki account? Or just people who will be active and help modify the wiki?

Everyone can request, but only those who can make it past the account request process actually get an account. See S:CONTRIB. Once you have an account, your activity is irrelevant - people have lives to live.

Template AFD doesn't render.
The {{AF}} template only renders on April Fools pages. If you want to modify the Community Guidelines April Fools page, you can do so here (or you can keep doing so in your userspace if you want to retain control or otherwise keep it separate from the original page, but the template won't show).

I don't think it would be of use to many people, and it can easily be done like so:
when green flag clicked
set [random music v] to (pick random (1) to (5)
if <(random music) = [1]> then
forever
play sound [Sound1 v] until done
end
else
if <(random music) = [2]> then
forever
play sound [Sound2 v] until done
else
if <(random music) = [3]> then
forever
play sound [Sound3 v] until done
else
if <(random music) = [4]> then
forever
play sound [Sound4 v] until done
else
if <(random music) = [5]> then
forever
play sound [Sound5 v] until done
end
end
