This might be a weird way to define the middle of each month but if you divide a month roughly into three 10 day intervals we're still in the middle of the month.

I think it's server side but it happens when the comment is loaded, not when it's posted.

Don't get your hopes up. Rarely are there even updates like the new pride emojis. I'll say the new studio page will come in 3-12 months, or never.

the new studio page has already been designed, developed and has had some testing.

Honestly, it being server-side just opens up for a bunch of XSS attacks if someone can bypass the server-side filters…

Like it means they use innerHTML!
