i have an question how do i use scratch 3.0 extensions offline ? My browser / operating system: raspbian, Chrome 86.0.4240.197, No Flash version detected

Scratch 3.0 doesn't have built in extension support so you'll have to use a mod in which case you might be able to download SheepTester/scratch-gui to use offline.
