Scratch 2 Installation issue
Hi
I am trying to install Scratch V2 (Offline Version) onto a machine, and have updated the Adobe Air, I still have no luck in getting the program to work. Can you please advise what is required to get this to run? I.E. anything other than Adobe Air??
Please advise asap.
Thanks
Paul D

Could you give some more information? What happens when you try to run it? Press that little globe in the reply area so we can see what your system is.

Scratch 2 Installation issue
It is Windows 7 SP1 Pro both X64 and X32 bit machines.
Error from the system logs provides:
Product: Scratch V2 – Error 1406. Could not write value {67B0DECD-5DE5-11E4-9B5A-806E6F6E6963} to key \SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Search\UsnNotifier\Windows\Catalogs\SystemIndex. System error . Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.
This was installed by an Administrator as well.
Thanks
Paul

Well, I don't know much about it. I would suggest using “Contact Us” to directly ask the Scratch Team about your issue. You can do that by clicking the “Contact Us” link on the bottom of every page under the “Support” column.
But, it looks like it is a system error, not an error with Scratch.
