Banned on an Alt Account

I think if your alt was a shared account and was banned for that reason you would be allowed to use your main.

I'd seen a post on purposely triggering a mute filter (by @Queer_Royalty, however, I can't find the post), so with that reasoning in mind, I don't think ST will ban you if you request them.

Yes, most times. But there are situations where it is needed for documentation purposes, or GDPR.
