I wanted to make a friday night funkin project with only using 1 audio for 3 songs for a character I wanted to add to my project, I tried copy and pasting the audio and the audio wouldn't even paste. It says there is the option for pasting but when I press on it, nothing happens.

try pressing CTRL + C for copy and CTRL +V to paste.

I do that and also copy and paste buttons btw.

Can you check the console for any messages saying “Audio is too long” or something like that? To access the console, press CTRL + SHIFT + J OR press CMD + SHIFT + J.

export your audios and import them into project 2 OR backpack them,. either one

It happens to long audio files. Try shortening your sound.
