No, creating a new account when banned is not allowed. That circumvents the entire point of the ban. Wait your ban out or make an appeal - new accounts will just be banned as well. If you make that same mistake enough times your IP (home network) will be banned from accessing scratch entirely.

Well I always do that and before I just had those accounts is having accounts like if_banned accounts already cause you said creating an account so I like doing samantix

NO. That will just result in an IP ban because that is ban evading. To get unbanned use Contact Us or send an email to appeals@scratch.mit.edu

Logging into a different account when banned is not allowed. It will get you into much bigger trouble and increase your chances of getting permanently banned. If you get block on any of your account, you should avoid logging into any of your other accounts at all, and wait to be unbanned.

The Scratch Team can tell when you use an alt account, they just have to check.
